How do I remove my account from fullstory.com?

I have found that Fullstory is not available for my purposes.I would like to delete my account, but I cannot find a link or function to delete it. Where can I find it?

Migrate data from trial account to another paid account

I have created a trial account on FullStory where I have tested User tracking implementation and created multiple segments. I have recorded data here more than 15 days.Then, I have purchased FullStory with another accountNow, I need to migrate recorded data from trial account to another paid account.

Exporting Elements, Segments, Dashboards & Events from an organization to another

Hello everyone,I have worked on settling Elements, Pages, Events, Segments and Dashboards for an organization (workspace) and I would like to know if there are any ways to duplicate/export&import these in another organization, which website is built as a mirror of the first one. Of course, it would be recommended to Q/A the import afterwards, but it would still save a lot of time for us.Thanks for your help,Nicolas

Best Practices around managing environments

We have Fullstory fetching data from our website (external) and from our SAAS based solution (application). What are the Best Practices for managing these two different environments? Currently I’m managing this by using the Segments but it will be best to have two different organizations, business units, etc. That because  it involves different personas viewing this information.Thanks!

granting account permission to a single segment of users

Hello Community, I’d like to grant account permissions for our partners to specific segment of users that is relevant for this parter. It’s important to avoid full access to all other users segments. How (and can ) I do in Fullstory? Thanks!
