Hi there,When implementing custom events for a specific product, is there a QA/Staging environment within FullStory that they can be sent to for QA before they are ready for being sent to the main project? In other product analytics tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude, you are encouraged to create a project specifically for event data QA. This prevents potentially bad data from getting mixed with production-ready data. Does FullStory offer something similar?
Hello friends,I’m familiar with using CSS selectors to define named elements. My question is about how to handle scenarios where the CSS selector for an element changes. Let’s say I have a button for playing a video and it has a specific CSS selector, which I’ve used to create a Defined Event that is in several of my Metric and Funnel reports. Now the button’s appearance and position changes - but its function remains the same - so the CSS selector is changed as well. What’s the best way to address this situation while maintaining continuity in all my existing reports?
I have a webpage with 30+ anchor links that leads to a pdf file. All anchor links share the same class, and I’m not entirely sure how to track each one separately. The only unique identifier I can immediately think off are the href in each anchor link -- but they all lead to a .pdf page. How would I track these links separately when they have similar classes? I’m basically trying to see which files/links are clicked the most, within Fullstory. Thanks!
