Maintaining Separate Environments on FullStory Dashboard for dev & production

Combining internal/test data with our production data is not recommended and will cause our data to be skewed unless we manually filter it each time. So, does the FullStory React-Native SDK offers a way to either record those sessions separately or to ignore the internal test sessions when it’s not the production app?

Hi @Isuru Sathyajith - thanks for reaching out, and good question. I believe you’d need to send test sessions to another FullStory org if you truly want to filter them out, but most users choose to set up filters directly in FullStory. That said, I think we’d need to learn a bit more about your process and use cases to recommend the best solution. I see that your company is working with our Sales team and Sales Engineers, so I’m going to pass your question along to them to ensure you cover it together as part of your evaluation!
