I’d love to hear from the community if anyone has implemented a community of practice for DXI at your organization? 

How did you went about creating your CoP?

What major challenges you experienced?

Do you think you have more exposure of your work to other stakeholders and maybe added credibility to conducting this type of research?

This is a fantastic question, @DataSeed99! ⭐ I am really curious to hear other members’ answers here. 

What about yourself? Have you implemented a community of practice for DXI where you work or is this something you’re looking to do? I’d love to hear about your experience/vision!

Thanks @lindsay yes one of my goals for 2023 is to implement a CoP for DXI. We started with our CoP for Accessibility and since that is our first one we are using it as the blue print for others. Our CoP broadly speaking is formed by people from different disciplines, and we have am ‘advisory board” within the CoP that basically would be in charge of driving the direction of the CoP and how it should work. Areas like Training, Documentation, Knowledge sharing, defining standards and promoting awareness are the topics the advisory board would help to guide the CoP.

The topics in a way would be the blue print for other CoP’s.
