Respect one another.

Our community thrives when we are kind and caring. Examples of language or behavior that helps our community thrive includes:

  • Referring to people by their pronouns and using gender-neutral pronouns when unsure;

  • Gracefully accept constructive criticism;

  • Using inclusive language;

  • Being kind and respectful to others, even if you have different opinions;

  • Practicing empathy for your fellow members.
