I’ll get us started. Hi, everyone! It’s great to meet you. My name is Megan, and I’m a Community Manager here at FullStory. I’m located in Atlanta, Georgia, and I love all things community and customer experience. I find DXI incredibly rewarding. Nothing beats the feeling of finding a digital pain point and turning it into a delightful user experience.

Hi folks.  Great to meet you all.  I’m Rebecca (Becs) and I’m a Business and UX Analyst based in the North East of England in the UK.  I’ve been using FullStory as part of my job for nearly a year now and really value the insights it lets me share with our Product team.  I’m looking forward to getting to know other DXI and UX people here and getting inspiration.

Hi all, my name is Andreas. I’m part of the newly founded FullStory team in the DACH/GSA region. 

I’m based in the western part of Germany and work with FullStory customers across Switzerland, Germany and Austria. 

Bein relatively new to the DXI/CX/UX space I hope I can contribute with a fresh perspective and my knowledge on enterprise analytics and marketing intelligence (data-driven attribution, marketing mix modeling, marketing data management).

Hello, I am Dan, and I live in a small town near Atlanta, Georgia, U.S. As a consultant for Arke (a FullStory partner), I’ve been working with the FullStory platform for about two years. I have surely spent hundreds of hours in the tool by this point. Have done a fair amount of FullStory onboarding and trainings, as well as deep-dive analysis and curation exercises in FullStory. I work with several different analytics platforms as well and help clients to set up and improve their measurement systems and optimization programs.

Hey everyone! My name is Merc (rhymes with purse) and I am the Head of Investor Success at Wefunder (www.wefunder.com). I am originally from Ohio, but have lived in Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, and now, San Francisco. I originally got my bachelors and masters in music education and taught high school music for 13 years. Decided to make a change and now have been working in fintech for a year. I am getting ready to pursue a masters in finance with a concentration in investments. I have been working with FullStory for just over a year here at Wefunder and use it to see exactly the pain points our users are experiencing as well as communicating with product and engineering teams to relay the information and work to create a better experience. Still have lots to learn, so happy to be a part of this community.

Hello! 👋 My name's Jason and I'm an Orlando-based Product Design Manager at Sprout Social. I've been in the SaaS UX world for over 12 years and worked at Mailchimp, PowerDMS, and Paylocity before joining Sprout. Outside of work, I help teach others about the industry as a co-organizer of a local UX meetup and enjoy connecting with design leaders at other orgs to learn how I can improve the practice here.

My team members and I spend a few hours each week reviewing FullStory sessions. We pair the most impactful clips with user research call highlights and customer feedback for a bi-weekly gathering of my zone's product and engineering partners called "FullStory Friday". That ceremony has been incredibly helpful in our efforts to highlight pain points, prioritize UX improvements, and foster empathy for our users.
