Hey FullStory community, I remember back when I first started using FS it could be a real nightmare trying to get the selectors for your privacy rules exactly right. Now with a few years experience under my belt, I wanted to provide a quick guide on some of the techniques you can use to optimize your privacy rules! When creating privacy rules in FullStory, it’s important to ensure that things are applying fully and accurately. By default, we have an application where Masking is the default state, we have a form where we need to have 90% of the form unmasked aside from one part. I used the approach unmask maskapproach but does seem to work there is something wrong with it, am I forced to unmask every element that I need to display? and there is a reason for that ?.Thanks for your help
Are there any resources that give a thorough explanation of how to implement the code-first method of configuring privacy in Fullstory and how it works operationally? I see that we can add classes to our CSS but how does Fullstory use those classes? Is there anything else we need to do other than adding those classes, i.e. do we need to redeploy the Fullstory code snippet, etc.?Thank you in advance.
