What does emoji face assign to each user represent?

In session reply for each user, we can see different emoji faces assigned, do they have any significance or is it just random? Can we know the logic behind assigning these, if it’s random then it’s kind of misleading info.Can we filter to see each of these status?

Track users in Incognito mode?

Is there a way to track users in Incognito mode?  I’m assuming this wouldn’t pull their user ID information across, but does FS aggregate all ‘private’ users into one group (and if so, how do I find them).  So I’d at least be able to say, “XX users or % are using private/incognito mode”? Thx!

help, i cannot find a user's sessions

i no longer see a particularly active user in the session playlist or anywhere elsewe have not changed anything about our setup recentlyi reviewed https://help.fullstory.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036645174-Why-can-t-I-locate-a-user-s-session-in-FullStory- and none of those 5 reasons seem to apply. in the case of #5, i don’t think that the user is blocking us, because i use another analytics solution and i can see the user active there.according to pendo, this user was active earlier today but i see no sessions in FSand, all her previous sessions have disappeared from FS even though we are not outside our session retention period.i am stumped. any ideas?

Assets uploading

Can we able to upload the assets without IP address, I mean we are using same assets for all the instances and for every build and deployment process we need to do the same process like need to run the asset uploading command then once done we need to take asset_map_id and we need to add in <head> script etc etc.So can we avoid this adding asset_map_id in the script again because we are using jenkins build pipeline to trigger the deployment process and every time we will get new instances in the process so every time manually we need to get the asset_map_id and adding.Its not a proper way to set every time. Do we have any alternative way to do this?

Do FullStory Sessions End when User Closes Browser Tab?

Do FullStory Sessions End when a User closes the Chrome Browser tab? We have Users, example opening and closing a browser tabs 50 times a day within 30 min, which is counting towards 50 sessions. This is taking our data usage limit. Is there anyway to prevent and consolidate ? Does user session will record the dropdown selection, check box selection or radio button selection?

I am working on the project who purchased the fullstory for the implementation, I have done some user activities in our app to test the user session replay, I have selected some checkboxes, dropdown selections and radio selections in my Ui pages but not showing the clicks, selections in FS user sessions.

Assets missing while session replay.

While uploading assets all are uploaded properly and while session replay I am not seeing only 3 to 5 images. even though all images are accessing at the same path.

Definition of "Changed"

Hello community, I’ve created a metric tracking the event “Changed”, targeting my search box.Does anyone have a definition of what “changed” is?  If a textbox goes from blank to filled, is that a change?  If they type something but don’t hit enter, is that a change?  Does speed matter - if they type and hit enter quickly to cause a page to change, would the textbox change register? I was watching a session recording, and saw a user type something in the box, and no change was logged.  Do you know why that would be?

How does FS define "Exit Page"?

As per the title. I am using this instruction to create top exit pages. but when I watch the sessions, users are not “exiting i.e. not terminating session”. Instead, it shows session where the user visited certain page then progresses on. This is not an “exit” to me. 🤔

I want to implement fullStory for data capture and user experience. I had developed the fullstory in the excel add-in successfully, but when I tried to create the same for the google app script add-on it was not working. Hiya, We’d like to integrate FullStory into our Chrome Extension, but we don’t want to capture *all* of the sites that users visit. How do we restrict the scope of what’s captured to only interactions with our extension?
